How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up with your work email and deploy the Scar agent on your endpoints. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan for 14 days, with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, choose to subscribe or your account will be paused.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties or hidden fees.
What counts as a device?
A device is any endpoint where the Scar agent is installed and actively reporting data. This includes desktops, laptops, and virtual machines. Servers are not counted unless the agent is explicitly installed.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Enterprise customers can opt for annual billing at a discounted rate. Contact our sales team for details.
How is data stored and secured?
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Data is stored in SOC 2 compliant cloud infrastructure. You control data retention policies per your plan, and can request full data deletion at any time.
Do you offer volume discounts?
